— This is a defamation case that arose out of the dismissal of Roxie Massie from her job as a waitress at a Carlisle restaurant in December 1981. After- her dismissal Massie filed for unemployment compensation benefits at the Pennsylvania Office of Employment Security. That office found Massie eligible for benefits on February 3, 1982.
