On June 4, 1981, this action was commenced by way of a “Praecipe for Summons in Class Action.”

At a hearing, shortly after the filing of the Praecipe, on a matter relating to discovery, this court (Silvestri, J.) advised counsel for the representative plaintiff that Pa. R.C.P.
