On January 18, 1983, Roger Boyle, as Trustee of the Estate of Nicolas Reisini, Bankrupt, commenced an adversary proceeding against the law firm of Golenbock and Bareli (“G & B”), to set aside a certain mortgage as a preference pursuant to Section 60 of the former Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 96.
