Plaintiff, on April 21,1983 filed a motion with this court to retransfer this action to the United States District Court for the Central District of California for further proceedings. Defendant opposes plaintiffs’ motion. Oral argument was heard before this court on July 7, 1983. For the reasons set forth below, plaintiffs’ motion is denied.
