Arthur Young and a co-defendant, Jimmy Glass, were charged with the commission of an armed robbery (La.R.S. 14:64) in Webster Parish on January 5, 1982. Both defendants pled guilty as charged reserving their right to seek appellate review of the trial court’s ruling on a motion to suppress and on a motion to quash.
