MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is a lien foreclosure suit in which plaintiff has filed a Motion for Summary Judgment.

Plaintiff is a Virgin Islands Corporation which manages the Gentle Winds Condominiums located on St. Croix. Defendant, David Short,1 is a member of the Army National Guard and was placed on Active Duty in the Virgin Islands, on July 17, 1981.
