MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs have brought an action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against two Boise City police officers, Chief of the Boise City Police Department, and the City of Boise. Generally, plaintiffs allege that the defendant police officers violated their constitutional rights by an illegal search and seizure and false arrest.
