This matter comes before this court upon a motion for summary judgment filed on behalf of plaintiff, Lori A. Lowrey, and against both defendants; a motion for summary judgment by defendant, Allstate Insurance Company; and a preliminary objection by Allstate contending that the cross-action of Firemen’s Fund against it be stricken, or in the alternative, be required to be amended to be
