Plaintiff Margaret A. Box and defendant Darryl Frances Box have both filed exceptions to the master’s report in *220their divorce proceedings. The sole issue considered by the master was equitable distribution.

The parties in this action were married on August 14, 1977 and then divorced on October 19, 1981. The parties resided in a home owned by Mrs. Box before the marriage.
