Plaintiff, Cindi Nichelson, filed a two-count complaint against defendants William Curtis, M.D., and Lee Hurshman, M.D. Count II, which is the subject of this appeal, alleged that defendant Hurshman gave negligent advice to plaintiff’s husband, resulting in her sterilization.
