Appellant was convicted of raping his two minor children and sentenced to life in prison. We affirmed. Fink v. State, 265 Ark. 865, 582 S.W.2d 3 (1979). Subsequently, appellant petitioned this court for permission to proceed under A.R.Cr.P. Rule 37.
