Defendant, James Davis, appeals from an order of the circuit court of Winnebago County revoking his conditional release under the Sexually Dangerous Persons Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 38, par. 105—10) and committing him to the Department of Corrections pursuant to the terms of his original commitment as a sexually dangerous person.
