This is a suit for damages for injuries sustained by plaintiff when she fell through a hole in the bathroom floor of the house she rented from defendant. The trial court awarded her $750.00 in general damages, and she has appealed seeking an increase in the award. Defendant has neither appealed nor answered the appeal.
