I have decided that a remittitur will be granted, eliminating the excess amount of the verdict for $200,000 to the amount sued for, $145,000.

The two main questions presented were, first: whether the Court erred in suppressing evidence regarding the fact and amount of worker’s compensation received for a prior work-related injury.
