Pursuant to Section 18(e) of the Federal Trade Commission Act (“the Act”), 15 U.S.C. § 57a(e), petitioners, Harry & Bryant Company and other providers of funeral services, seek direct review of the Federal Trade Commission Trade Regulation Rule on Funeral Industry Practices (“the Funeral Rule” or “the Rule”).
