George Cowan Johnson appeals the Court

of Appeals affirmance of a jury finding of habitual criminal which utilized a prior conviction based upon stipulated facts. We affirm.

On January 25, 1982, Johnson was convicted by a Clark County jury of first degree burglary, first degree theft, and second degree assault.
