OPINION

Per Curiam:

On August 30, 1982, Patrick Charles McKenna was convicted of the first degree murder of a fellow inmate in the Clark County jail, for which he was sentenced to death.

Having reviewed the record on appeal, we conclude that appellant’s assignments of error are without merit and we, therefore, affirm his conviction and sentence.
