Defendant, Pennwalt Corporation (Pennwalt), appeals a judgment, entered upon a jury verdict, finding it liable to plaintiff on the basis of sexual discrimination and slander. Pennwalt assigns error,

to the court's instructions regarding Pennwalt's liability for acts of sexual harassment and slander committed against plaintiff, Nancy Henderson, by one of its supervisors.
