PER CURIAM

Richard H. Renn (Renn), an Albany attorney, is charged with unethical conduct in two respects. The first concerns his simultaneous representation of a bankrupt and a person having a claim against the bankrupt’s estate. The second concerns his representation of the estate of a decedent against a former client who was a creditor of the estate.
