This is a civil rights case, involving the alleged inadequate training of a police officer, here on certiorari.

Davis v. Ramey,

174 Ga. App. 417 (330 SE2d 130) (1985). On the morning of May 24, 1980, James Roy Davis was transporting his critically ill wife to the hospital when he was stopped by Roswell police officer Michael Douglas Ramey.
