Roger D. Abney appeals from the trial court’s denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On or about February 3, 1984, Abney filed his petition challenging the legality of his detention as a result of conviction of two counts of armed robbery. By order of June 27, 1984, the court denied two of the grounds and ordered a plenary hearing as to the third ground.
