BERMAN, Judge.

Respondents, Michael Stone, Robert Knaus and the

Boulder Daily Camera,

appeal from a judgment holding them in contempt of court pursuant to C.R.C.P. 107 for contacting prospective jurors in a then pending criminal case. We affirm.

This contempt of court action arose out of a 1982 criminal trial then pending in Boulder District Court.
