Plaintiff Eric Ashley Kitchens, a child, has brought this lawsuit against defendant United States of America, pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 2671-2680. He claims that the United States is liable for a fall he suffered at a military base in Montgomery, Alabama.
