BELL, District Judge.

Presently before the court is Pamela Green’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Green challenges her convictions of two counts of kidnapping and three counts of gross sexual imposition. On January 24, 1985, Magistrate Laurie filed his report and recommended that the petition be denied.
