Appellant was charged in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County with one count of the Class D felony of incest, alleged to have occurred on November 14, 1982, and a second count of the Class B felony of rape, alleged to have occurred on February 5, 1983. The victim of both alleged offenses was a daughter of appellant.
