The Plaintiff has appealed from a summary judgment in his suit for breach of warranty.

In November, 1982, the Plaintiff-Appellant, Ralph Perryman, who is a long-haul truck driver, purchased a used K-100,1980 model Kenworth heavy-duty tractor from the Defendant-Appellee, Peterbilt of Knoxville, Inc., which operates a new and used truck dealership in Knoxville.
