This case comes before the Court on the motion of a debtor to amend a complaint.

The debtor, Table Talk, Inc. (“Table Talk”) filed a complaint for trademark and copyright infringement

against several defendants, among them Table Talk Pie Distributors of Poughkeepsie, Inc. (“Distributors”).
