Plaintiffs have moved to disqualify defendants’ counsel, Arnold & Porter, from further participation in this case. The plaintiffs charge that Arnold & Porter, in violation of Disciplinary Rules 1-102(A)(2) and (4), induced violations of Disciplinary Rule 4-101 of Canon 4 of Colorado’s Code of Professional Responsibility.
