This matter came before the Court on March 26, 1985, in a trial on stipulated facts. Defendant is Western Bank of Farmington, formerly known as The Farm-ington National Bank. Plaintiff is Bond Enterprises, Inc., a partnership which owned and operated Durocher’s Steak House in Farmington.
