The Debtor and the Plaintiff herein, Marlin Adam Binder, commenced the instant adversary proceeding seeking a determination that federally guaranteed student loans incurred between 1979 and 1982 be discharged by reason of undue hardship pursuant to section 523(a)(8)(B) of the Bankruptcy Code.
