This action on a franchise agreement is presently before the court on the following motions: (1) defendants’ motion to stay judicial proceedings pending arbitration; (2) plaintiffs’ motion for default judgment; (3) plaintiffs’ motion to strike the defendants’ motion to stay and (4) plaintiffs’ motion for an injunction staying arbitration.
