This is an action for malpractice brought by the plaintiffs, Peter T. Suzuki and Carol J. Suzuki, against Roger R. Holthaus and Robert H. Petersen as defendants. The action was originally filed only against Holthaus. The second amended petition, filed December 18, 1981, added Petersen as a defendant.
