This is an appeal from the grant of summary judgment to the defendant employees of the Tennessee Valley Authority in a suit by Beverly Kay Johns and her minor children for the wrongful death of her husband, Gary Johns. Johns, an iron worker employed by an independent contractor, Combustion Engineering, Inc.
