Following a jury trial, Stephen Vardell was convicted of four counts of mail fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1341. We have carefully examined each of the issues raised by Var-dell. Finding them to be without merit, we affirm.

In 1982, Vardell entered into a contract with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
