PER CURIAM.

Robert L. Barton appeals from the district court’s order denying his petition for habeas corpus relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. For reversal, Barton contends that he was denied due process because the sentencing judge relied on erroneous information in the presentenee report. We reverse and remand to the district court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
