This diversity case arises from a declaratory judgment action brought in the district court by Southern Guaranty Insurance Company (“Southern Guaranty”) against various defendants, all of whom are claimants in an underlying action for reimbursement under the terms of an insurance policy issued by Southern Guaranty.
