BAUER, Circuit Judge.
Martin Kaprelian, Patricia Davies, and William Burke were indicted for conspiring to transport stolen merchandise in interstate commerce, and concealing and storing stolen merchandise moved in interstate commerce, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2314 & 2315.
