A long-time resident alien ordered excluded from the United States after he was readmitted on parole from a visit abroad seeks judicial review of the order. He contends that an exclusion hearing was improper and that he should have been given notice when he was given authorization to leave the country that, upon return, he might be subject to exclusion.
