Defendant Alan Goguen of Brooks appeals from the May 17, 1984, action of the Superior Court (Waldo County) dismissing his appeal from two convictions in the District Court (Belfast)1 because he failed to file his appellate brief in the Superior Court within the time prescribed by the Rules of Criminal Procedure.
