A magistrate ordered Albert Valentine to pay child support in a civil proceeding brought under the Revised Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act, I.C. §§ 7-1048, -1089 (RURESA). Valentine’s appeal to the district court was dismissed for his failure to pay the estimated fee for a transcript of the hearings in the magistrate division, as ordered by the district judge.
