This case involves several closely held New York corporations established by members of the Wiederspiel family for purposes of owning and operating retail furniture stores. The parties are Edward Wiederspiel, Jr., his wife, Marie Wiederspiel, and their two sons, Edward Wiederspiel, III, and petitioner Bruce R. Wiederspiel.
