Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York July 8, 1985 (People v. Carolina)

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Agresta, J.), rendered April 29, 1983, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

Defendant was arrested and subsequently convicted of selling a quantity of heroin in excess of one-half ounce to an undercover officer.
