This matter was scheduled for trial before the undersigned on January 22, 1985. The case concerns monies allegedly owed to plaintiff by defendant’s decedent. At the outset, defendant sought to preclude, testimony by plaintiff, or defendant, concerning the deceased’s actions on the alleged notes by invoking the Dead Man’s Act, 42, Pa.C.S. §5930.
