Defendant Gregory M. Homyer appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Madison County finding defendant in wilful contempt of court for his failure to relinquish physical custody of his daughter, Heather Janel Irby, and return Heather to her mother, plaintiff Virginia K. Irby.
