This is a workers’ compensation case. Willie Nell Bruce, plaintiff-appellant, sued her employer, Pat’s Restaurant of Cameron, Inc., defendant-appellee. Plaintiff claims that her disability resulted from an injury sustained while working within the course and scope of her employment.
