Appellant was charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder with a firearm and one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle.

The jury returned a verdict form finding appellant guilty of the lesser included offense of attempted second degree murder under Counts I and II, and guilty as charged of shooting into an occupied vehicle under Count III.
