Court of Appeals of South Carolina November 20, 1985, 0580 (Estate of Stanley v. Sandiford)

Per Curiam:

This action concerns the administration of the estate of English A. Stanley, who died testate. The four parties to this action are Stanley’s daughters. The appellants, Lydia A. Sandiford and Estelle S. James, claim that Sandiford is the owner of funds in a joint bank account with right of suvivorship which bore the names of E. A. Stanley and Lydia Sandiford.
