OPINION OF THE COURT

WOLD, Senior Judge:

Appellant was charged with committing forcible sodomy1 (cunnilingus) on Private W and with committing an indecent assault2 on her “by presenting his penis to her face and asking her to suck it and by laying on top of her.” Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted, by a court-martial with members, of nonforcible sodomy and indecent assault.
