Plaintiff, Polo Fashions Inc. has brought suit against defendants for the amount owing on an unconditional promissory note executed in plaintiff’s favor by corporate defendant, The Haverford Corporation (“THC”). The note was guaranteed by individual defendants Joseph Egan, III and Kenneth Smith.
