BRIGHTMIRE, Presiding Judge.

This is the second appeal by plaintiffs in their effort to get a day in court, this time from an order sustaining a demurrer to plaintiffs’ evidence at trial.

We again reverse the trial court, grant plaintiffs a new trial and remand with directions to submit the material issues of fact that exist at the close of the evidence to the jury for resolution.
